Gülcan Mıngır (born May 21, 1989) is a Turkish female middle distance runner specialized in 3000 m steeplechase. A native of İhsaniye town in Afyonkarahisar Province in western Turkey, she is a member of the Fenerbahçe Athletics Club, where she is coached by İhsan Alptekin.[1][2]
Currently, Gülcan Mıngır is a student of physical education and sports at the Dumlupınar University in Kütahya.[3]
She is the gold medalist of the 3000 m steeplchase event at the 2011 European Athletics U23 Championships held in Ostrava, Czech Republic.[4]
